In the fall of 2013, Sweeney Julian assisted with St. Joseph County’s Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc.’s Care Package Drive. Sweeney Julian gladly donated an array of items to this patriotic women’s organization for our country’s Active Duty Service Personnel. Such articles ranged from personal healthcare products to scrumptious snacks and candy.
As often as it can, Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc. sends care packages to our forward deployed Soldiers in Afghanistan, and delivers helpful items to our wounded warriors at hospitals located all around the world. This devoted corporation has been helping our country remain strong since the early 40s! The below photograph illustrates necessities being boxed up for Soldiers at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Next, Sweeney Julian is helping Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc. put together and deliver packages for wounded Soldiers who are convalescing at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Sweeney Julian prides itself in being able to provide some of the little comforts of home to our community’s Armed Forces, wherever they may be.
