the public since 1930. Since then, the company has developed a Peer Review
Ratings™ system, that allows the legal community to recognize their
own colleagues for excellence in any given practice area. The surveys,
which are facilitated by LexisNexis, encompass numerous criteria for attorneys
to be evaluated.
According to the Martindale-Hubbell® website, these criteria include:

An AV Preeminent® Rating represents a score of 4.5 – 5.0 and is the
highest possible category awarded. As Martindale-Hubbell® states,
it is “a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him
or her at the highest level of professional excellence.”
This is not Attorney Julian’s first industry recognition. He is a Max
Goodwin Trial Lawyer of the Year, a member of The Million Dollar and The
Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums and was named in the National trial
Lawyers Association Top 10. He is also currently the chairman of the Indiana
Trial Lawyers Association. He remains deeply engaged in Indiana military
veteran community and frequently contributes to local events and causes, as well.
