The road to justice is often long and difficult. Insurance companies and big business will often do everything in their power to prevent justice from being done. We must remember that the goal of a jury trial is to find the truth. Insurance companies and their lawyers want the opposite, their goal is to hide the truth. They are very good at doing that. I firmly believe that Hoosiers want the truth. We are a state, a people, a family, bound by a common concern for each other. If you fight for the truth, if you can tap into that concern, you can find a way to get justice done.
